On January 23, 2015 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the stamp Architectural monuments of capitals. Church of Saints Simon and Helena with the emblem of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications (RCC). The series continuation. Beginning Nos. 889, 920, 921, 980, 1040.
 
Designer: Artist: Anna Romanovskaya. Design: Marina Vitkovskaya. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 131/2: 133/4. Size of the stamp: 37x26 mm. Sheet composition: 6 (2x3) stamps.Size of the sheet: 104x128 mm. Print quantity: 70.000 stamps.
 
The stamp was printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T.  Nepogodin.
 
Letter N is equal to the surface tariff of a postcard abroad.
 
In 2011 Communications Administrations — members of RCC signed the Agreement on issuing postage stamps of RCC subjects. These stamp issues are notable for using the emblem of RCC in their design. The first issue of RCC subjects was the stamp 20th anniversary of RCC (2011), the second — 2 stamps of the series Belarusian national clothes (2012), the third was the stamp History of national communications (2013) and the fourth stamp was Winter sports. Biathlon (2014). The stamp Architectural monuments of capitals. Church of Saints Simon and Helena is the series continuation of stamps issue on RCC subjects.
