On June 10, 2008 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue a set of 8 stamps of the 12 definitive issue «Garden flowers» prepared by the Publishing Centre «Marka» of the EUR «Belpochta».
Designer: Alexander Mityanin. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 13¼: 14; . Size of the stamps: 18x26 mm. Sheet composition: 21 (7x3) stamps. Print quantity: mass production.
There are elements of protection on the stamps.

Face value B is equal to the tariff of sending a postal card within Belarus.
Face value H is equal to the tariff of sending a letter up to 20 g of weight by surface to Russia, Lithuania, Turkmenistan.
