On April 12, 2005 Belarus Post will issue a set of 4 stamps and a souvenir sheet dedicated to the 60th Anniversary of Victory Europe.

Designer: Victor Starukhin. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk surfaced. Perforation: comb 13½: 13¾. Sheet composition: 7stamps + 1coupon. Size of the stamps: 37x26 mm. Print quantity: 120.000 each.

There are elements of protection on the stamps.

Face value H is equal to the tariff for sending a letter up to 20 g of weight by surface to Russia, Lithuania, Turkmenistan.

 

Face value P is equal to the tariff for sending an air-mail letter up to 20 g of weight to overseas countries as well as to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldavia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Estonia.
